Location and surroundings:
Located in the physiographic region known as Tierra Alta del Sur, characterized by hillside grassland vegetation in the higher areas and low-lying vegetation in the depressions, alternating with woodland formations and water channels.
Soils:
- The higher areas (80 ha) belong to the Ultisol group (Red-Yellow Podzols), with sandy surface texture, good drainage, and medium fertility.
- The soils in the lower areas belong to the Planosol group; they are gray, with clayey subsoil, limited drainage, and medium fertility.

As it consists of a group of farms, it has the shape of an irregular polygon, and the terrain is undulating.
